IEP – forms

IEP information were sent home today to those families with a child on an IEP.  Please look for this important information in your child’s planner/ziploc bag.  For more information contact Mr. Kovac at the school or by email vlad_kovac@wrdsb.on.ca

Thanksgiving Lunch forms

The Thanksgiving forms went home today to the youngest in your family or if there is only one child attending Floradale, to him or her.  Look for the form in your child’s planner (ziploc bag if in kindergarten). Please have your child return the form and your payment to the office.    

Flouride Treatment Postponed

Due to teachers’ work to rule, the Region of Waterloo’s Public Health Department has advised us that they will be postponing this treatment until at later date.   Please call Mr. Kovac at the school for further information.

Pizza Starts This Friday

Students will be able to order pizza on Thursday, for their lunches on Friday. The price remains the same, $1.50 per slice. We have changed the process for ordering Pizza Lunch. Terry Fox Walk/Run

Change in Pizza Ordering

Our first pizza order will be going in this Friday.  A recent change will be that students will now be paying for their orders on Thursdays.

Upcoming Dental Screening and Fluoride Varnish
