Kindergarten Registration for children born in 2011 or 2012 is scheduled to take place Monday, February 8th to Friday, February 12th

You are welcome to come to Floradale Public School at any time between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm during this week to register your child for Kindergarten. We are not scheduling individual appointments. Please come prepared with your child’s proof of birth. Immunization records are now being collected on-line.

If you know of families that have no access to on-line documents, please tell them to contact our school office (519 669 5193), and we will be happy to mail the forms out to them.

NEW CONVENIENT ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

On-line registration starts January 22 at wrdsb.ca. Once you have completed the online registration, you will be required to submit/send your child’s documentation (proof of birth) to school office. The registration form is also available online for you to download and print.

If your child currently attends Floradale P.S. in JK, there is no need to register for SK, as this happens automatically at the school level.
