Kindergarten Registration for children born in 2011 or 2012 is scheduled to take place Monday, February 8th to Friday, February 12th
You are welcome to come to Floradale Public School at any time between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm during this week to register your child for Kindergarten. We are not scheduling individual appointments. Please come prepared with your child’s proof of birth. Immunization records are now being collected on-line.
If you have a child born in 2011 or 2012, please click the link, print out the form and send it in to the school office at your earliest convenience. We will forward a registration package to you. If you know of families that have no access to on-line documents, feel free to print a form and give it to them to fill out and return to our office, or tell them to contact our school office (519 669 5193), and we will be happy to mail the forms out to them.
